Hard Boiled is a high-octane rollercoaster ride through a violent Hong Kong of
1997 where violence is so rife that only a 'super cop' will have any effect at
all. Meet Inspector Yuen, nicnamed 'Tequila' (Chow Yun Fat) a cop who shoots

won't forget! The film's Chinese title -literally "Hot-Handed God of Cops"
- is a consious play on the Chinese release title of Don Siegel's 'Dirty Harry'.
